The Innotech cabinets are ideal for high levels of customization, security and high density equipment. Sustema’s high grade Inno-Tech cabinet collection caters to the specific needs of computer rooms, “rackmount” type server closets, network operation centers, internet service providers and colocation centers.
The enclosures are built to manage a wide variety and a large quantity of cables. They can be equipped with inside and outside cable management solutions that will help clean up and organize your work space. Multiple sizes of vertical and horizontal cable managers, as well as bidirectional, transveral, and overhead cable troughs, are available. Additional accessories, such as cable spools, universal cable ladders, cable holder rings, chimney cable transfer, are among the many options offered by the Innotech cabinets.
The structure of the Innotech enclosures is covered in a scratch-proof epoxy powder and made of strong CRS steel; 11, 12 and 14 gauge. Innotech cabinets are equipped with removable side panels with locks, front and rear perforated doors in steel or glass, and feature open bottoms for ventilation and easy cable access.
Innotech series have a welded structure that can house up to 3000 lbs of equipment. Theey exceed requirements for Zone 4 rated areas. The horizontal supports allow for PMA mounting rails adjustment and mounting of other accessories such as cable ladder and PDUs. The top is available: solid, perforated or with a selection of fans.
As the density of data centers continually increases, thermal management has become a major operational and facilities challenge. Distribution of airflow within the data center has a significant impact on the performance of your equipment.
The perforated doors of Inno-Tech enclosures provide excellent ventilation; the open base allows for air to pass from the floor throughout the enclosure, in addition to allowing the easy passage of cables. A perforated door insures the intake of cool air from the front and the expulsion of hot air from the back.
In today’s data centers, IT managers have to take in consideration environmental events that are beyond their control. More and more organizations require that their data center, with its critical information, has to be Zone 4 Seismic rated.
The Innotech Cabinets Series have been engineered to comply with Seismic Zone 4 requirements. Our enclosures have passed the vibration and shock testing per GR-63-CORE (NEBS) requirements.
